Icon Classic Tone '54
The Kluson Icon series 54 Stratocaster single coil is built with a lower resistance for excellent chime and quack using positions 2 and 4 on a 5-way switch. The RW/RP version is exactly the same pickup as the bridge neck version but offers 60 cycle hum cancellation when used in conjunction with it's partners. This pickup will take you back to the founding years of rock and roll with crisp yet warm single coil tone. These are also great "mix and match" pickups with the 57 and 62 versions so you can build a true calibrated set or build it as originally intended with a 3-way switch and 3 of the same type. We use real Formvar wire and Alnico 3 pole piece magnets to give you the tone of an aged pickup right out of the box.

Icon Spitfire Hot Single Coil Ceramic Pickups
The Spitfire is a hot single coil pickup that cleans up nicely, and works great with overdrive effects. It stays focused in gain applications with a raunchy tone characterized by strong mids and cutting highs. Resistance is very reminiscent of vintage single coil pickups but the addition of Ceramic magnets give this bite and edge needed to cut through a mix and maintain clarity. The Spitfire would be great in a H-S-S application using either the Hurricane or Tempest as a bridge position humbucker. Now available in the Kluson Icon pickup line. Also available in RW/RP version for multi-pickup applications.
Icon Alnico 3 65 Jaguar Pickups
Introducing Kluson's recreation of the '65 Jaguar pickups. These newest members of the Icon series use Alnico 3 magnets for that aged warm tone while staying true to the original recipe. 6.6k Ohms, Formvar AWG 42 wire, Alnico 3 magnets and black and yellow push-back cloth wire make this Jaguar pickup stand out.
